Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have Associate's Degree (or higher) and RN license.
• 1 year RN experience required; substitution allowed for Associate Degree.
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications are required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate nursing process and manage more complex patients with minimal assistance.
• Identify personal learning needs to remain competent and mentor others in skills.
• Lead positive patient outcomes through teamwork and participation in PI/QI activities.
• Support research and quality improvement initiatives within the department.
