Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Production Operator on the night shift (Wed–Sat, 8:00 PM–6:30 AM) with a two-week day-shift training period. You will ensure efficient label production, reduce waste, and maintain accurate material logs while following safety rules and company policies.

Required: high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience or training; strong mechanical skills and ability to work overtime or on another shift as needed. Training available on days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills to analyze and operate label machine equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operates label machines to meet production deadlines.
• Minimizes waste and misuses of raw materials.
• Communicates label production issues with supervisor/manager.
• Performs distribution functions as needed.
• Maintains FIFO logs of materials for QC and traceability.
• Uses ERP system to log time and materials for each job.
• Maintains dies and keeps work area clean, safe and organized.
