The role includes a $500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and requires basic mechanical skills and 1-2 years of related experience. Responsibilities include minimizing waste, logging materials in the ERP system, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills to operate label machine equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operates label machines to meet production deadlines.
• Minimizes waste and ensures proper handling of raw materials.
• Communicates issues with Production Supervisor or Facility Manager.
• Performs distribution functions as needed and maintains FIFO logs.
• Uses ERP system to log time and materials for each job.
• Maintains dies and keeps work area clean, safe, and organized.
• May work overtime or on another shift as needed.
• Complies with all company safety policies and procedures.
