Vestcom is an industry leader in tech-enabled shelf-edge pricing. We seek a Night Shift Label Operator in Kansas to operate label machines, ensure production quality, log tasks, and meet deadlines amid a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of related experience, and strong mechanical skills. You’ll embody Vestcom’s core values and adhere to safety and drug-free workplace policies, with possible overtime and a 4th shift schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of related experience or training.
• Strong mechanical skills to operate label machine equipment.
• Ability to embody Vestcom’s core values.

Responsibilities

• Operates the label machines to meet production deadlines.
• Minimizes waste of raw materials.
• Communicates label production issues to supervisor/manager.
• Performs distribution functions as needed.
• Keeps an accurate log of raw materials and carton IDs.
• Uses ERP system to log time and materials for each job.
• Maintains dies and keeps a clean, safe work area.
• May work overtime or on another shift as needed.
• Other duties as assigned; regular attendance required.
• Complies with safety and drug-free workplace policies.
