Job summary

Vestcom, a leading provider of shelf-edge solutions and a stand-alone unit of Avery Dennison, seeks a shift operator to run label machines and support production goals. You will minimize waste, track materials, and maintain equipment, while adhering to safety rules on a B shift schedule and potential overtime.

Preferred candidates have 1–2 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong mechanical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills to operate label machine equipment and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate label machines to meet daily production deadlines.
• Minimize waste and ensure accurate use of materials.
• Log materials and production data in the ERP system.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
