Vestcom, a standalone business unit of Avery Dennison, is hiring a Label Machine Operator for C Shift (Sun–Tue 6pm–6am, Wed 6pm–12am). You will own labeling technology to deliver high-quality products and act as a technical pilot who is accountable and curious about equipment functions.

Join a performance-driven team, monitor machines, troubleshoot, log material usage in ERP, uphold safety, and support the production group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of related manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to analyze equipment performance.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a full shift.
• Color vision required to distinguish product variations.

Responsibilities

• Operate label machines to meet daily production deadlines while minimizing waste.
• Monitor equipment and troubleshoot malfunctions to identify root causes.
• Maintain logs of raw materials using the ERP system and ensure quality integrity.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and collaborate with the team.
