Job summary

bioMérieux in Utah is seeking a Lab Technologist to perform a range of laboratory tasks and production processes, including operating HPLCs, DNA synthesizers, LC/MS, liquid handling robots, and UV/Vis spectrometry. The role requires attention to deviation from established practices and adherence to SOPs.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of laboratory experience, a high school diploma, and ideally a BS in Chemistry or related fields.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• 1+ year of laboratory experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Chemistry, BioChemistry, and Biology (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot HPLCs, DNA Synthesizers, LC/MS, liquid handling robots, and UV/Vis Spectrometry.
• Maintain records in compliance with GMP and SOPs.
• Manufacture oligonucleotides according to batch records and WID’s.
• Ensure compliance with the company Quality System.
