bioMérieux in West Jordan, UT is hiring a Lab Technologist to perform a wide range of laboratory tasks, operating HPLC, LC/MS, DNA synthesizers, liquid handling robots, and UV/Vis spectrometry while following the Diagnostics Quality System.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year of lab experience; a BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biology is preferred. The role offers competitive pay, robust benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with high accuracy and quality output.
• Organizing work and resources efficiently for smooth operations.
• Ability to cooperate with colleagues at all levels including leadership.
• Strong math, unit conversions, and precise pipetting/liquid handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform all work in compliance with company policy and the Diagnostics’ Quality System.
• Maintain records in compliance with regulatory requirements, GMP, and SOPs.
• Manufacture oligonucleotides according to batch records and WIDs.
• Operate and troubleshoot lab instruments including HPLC, LC/MS, and spectrophotometers.
• Handle hazardous chemicals according to approved procedures.
