Quest Diagnostics Inc. in Chantilly, VA seeks a Lab Associate I to support the Clinical Laboratory - Hematology. This non-licensed role works Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, handling sample processing, labeling, and coordination under supervision.

The position offers a pay range of $18.39 to $27.58 per hour with potential shift differentials of 10% on some second-shift hours and 15% on some third-shift hours, plus eligibility for annual bonus and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of college coursework preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and resolves missing samples.
• Respond to code purple and document findings.
• Train Lab Assistants and complete training/competency checklists.
• Resolves pending list in coordination with Lab Assistants and Medical Lab Scientists.
• Maintain department records and inventory.
