Job summary

Intermountain Health Park City Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in the LDRP model unit. This full-time role includes night shifts and benefits eligibility.

The RN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and ensure patient safety. Candidates must hold a current RN license, BLS, and pursue BSN within four years; a BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• RNs must have their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or willing to obtain within four (4) years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess: Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social, and psychological status.
• Plan: Develop individualized plan of care with patient, family and team involvement.
• Implement: Directs the care team and coordinates resources to follow the plan.
• Evaluate: Reassess and adjust care based on outcomes and satisfaction.
• Professionalism: Maintain regulatory standards and accurate documentation.
