Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to support Labor & Delivery, Mom/Baby (Nursery included), and NICU units. This full-time role is mostly night shifts with some day shifts as needed, and requires BSN within four years (or equivalent) and Montana RN license with BLS, PALS, NRP, and AWHONN fetal monitoring credentials.

Experience in OB, NICU, or L&D is preferred. The position emphasizes collaboration with the care team to provide patient-focused outcomes and adherence to hospital

Qualifications

• Read and interpret clinical guidelines and documentation.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and their families in mind.

• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans and coordinate care.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs, participate in team conferences.
