Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery, Mom/Baby and NICU units. The role is full-time with mostly night shifts and some day shifts as needed. Candidates should have OB/NICU or L&D experience and possess a BSN within the specified timeframe.

Qualifications

• BSN Degree from an accredited program required within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Current Montana RN license, BLS certification, and neonatal care certifications (PALS/NRP) within specified timelines.
• Preferred: national certification in area of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with patients' best interests in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively with patients and families.
• Help develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs.
• Participate in clinical team conferences.
• Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines and procedures.
