Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is hiring an Amazon Shift Lead to oversee shift operations and janitorial duties at the assigned account. The role supports Sizemore's core values—Flexibility, Improvement, Reliability, Safety and Teamwork—within daily responsibilities.

The position offers a pay rate of $16.50/hour with weekly Friday payroll. Night shift runs Wed-Sat, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM, with 4-10 hour shifts per week and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Prior experience preferred.
• Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism.
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm, and diplomacy.
• Initiative and sound judgement in evaluating situations.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and prioritization.
• Read/comprehend detailed instructions and communicate clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Sizemore Team Members at client site.
• Perform or assist with cleaning duties as needed.
• Train and ensure staff responsibilities are understood.
• Inspect work to meet standards and specifications.
• Assist account leadership with staff performance and customer expectations.
• Relay complaints about service and equipment.
• Inspect facilities to determine work needed.
• Maintain equipment and supplies in good order.
• Establish rapport with customers when necessary.
• Log daily account checks and actions taken.
• Support improvements to productivity and service efficiency.
• Enforce Sizemore policies and procedures.
• Participate in scheduled training and meetings.
