Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Prior experience preferred.
• Demonstrate commitment to service and professionalism.
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm and diplomacy in any situation.
• Initiative and sound judgement in evaluating situations.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Sizemore Team Members at customer location(s).
• Perform or assist with cleaning duties as necessary.
• Ensure team members are trained and knowledgeable of their responsibilities.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets specifications and established standards.
• Assist account leadership with staff performance and customer expectations.
• Relay complaints about service and equipment.
• Inspect and evaluate facility conditions to determine work required.
• Log and maintain daily account checks.
