Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. in Lebanon, TN seeks a Janitorial Shift Lead to oversee nightly cleaning operations at the assigned account. You will support Sizemore's values of Flexibility, Improvement, Reliability, Safety and Teamwork while guiding team members and ensuring quality standards.

Qualifications

• Supervise and coordinate Sizemore Team Members at the client site.
• Perform or supervise janitorial duties as required.
• Ensure staff are trained and understand responsibilities.
• Inspect work to meet standards and client specs.
• Maintain supplies and equipment; report issues.
• Log daily account checks and communicate with the client.
