Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is seeking an Amazon Shift Lead to manage shift operations and janitorial duties at the assigned account. You will lead a high-performing team, maintain safety standards, and align with Sizemore’s core values of flexibility and teamwork.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to work nights (Wed–Sat, 6:00 PM–5:00 AM). Competitive benefits and 7-year background check are provided.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of Sizemore Team Members at customer location(s).
• Perform or assist with cleaning duties as necessary.
• Ensure team members are trained and knowledgeable of their responsibilities.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets standards.
• Assist leadership with staff performance and customer expectations.
• Relay complaints about service and equipment.
• Inspect and evaluate facilities to determine work required.
• Check and maintain equipment and supplies.
• Establish rapport with customer as needed.
• Log daily account checks.
• Respond to problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with organizing, cleanliness and support per policies.
• Attend training sessions and meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase productivity and efficiency.
