Labcorp is hiring an IT Systems Integration Specialist I to support laboratory operations, systems, and IT infrastructure in Raritan, NJ. The role collaborates with lab staff and IT teams to troubleshoot, implement, and stabilize systems on a third-shift schedule.

The candidate will handle end-to-end testing, vendor coordination, and ongoing maintenance to ensure secure, compliant operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's Degree or higher; prefer Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ year IT support/infrastructure experience in lab settings.
• 1+ year experience in an IT role.

Responsabilités

• Serve as liaison between laboratory operations and IT teams.
• Provide onsite support in the Raritan Lab and STAT Labs.
• Perform setup, configuration, and ongoing support for laboratory systems.
• Assist with projects involving equipment, software, system connectivity, and post-live stabilization.
• Coordinate user access provisioning and security reviews.
• Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
