Job summary

Dawn Foods is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator II to manage raw materials for production and ensure SAP inventory accuracy. This onsite Louisville role involves material movements, cycle counts, and coordinating with Finance, Warehousing, and Production to ensure accurate consumption and reporting.

You will monitor Process Orders, BOM setups, and master data, support production planning, and work weekends or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of combined warehouse experience including inventory control.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile variances.
• Collaborate with Finance, Warehousing & Production to ensure accurate material reporting.
• Ensure production confirmations are completed accurately with operators.
• Monitor Process Orders, Batch Numbering, and scheduling accuracy.
• Report SAP inventory inaccuracies and drive variances reconciliation.
• Assist with root cause analysis on inventory variances and support planning.
