Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of warehouse experience including inventory control and material handling equipment.
• Strong decision-making ability with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills: MS Office, SAP, email, system navigation, Internet.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to perform basic arithmetic and interpret data.
• Ability to train and communicate company procedures and policies.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated, team-oriented.
• Capable of following written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile variances.
• Review returned product for proper credit disposition and reporting.
• Liaise with Dawn sites for traceability, holds and recalls.
• Collaborate with sales and procurement on slow-moving inventory.
• Lead year-end physical inventory process.
• Maintain WMS slot logic and slot numbering.
• Enter data from POs, invoices, and requisitions into SAP to maintain inventory.
