Job summary

Dawn Foods Ltd. in Louisville, KY is hiring an Inventory Control Coordinator II to manage raw material inventory and ensure SAP accuracy for production reporting. The role requires close collaboration with Finance, Warehousing and Production teams and may include weekend work to support cycles and variances.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of combined warehouse experience, including inventory control.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile variances.
• Collaborate with Finance, Warehousing and Production to ensure accurate material movement reporting.
• Ensure production confirmations are completed accurately with operators.
• Monitor Process Orders, Batch Numbering and scheduling accuracy.
• Report SAP inventory inaccuracies and help reconcile variances.
• Coordinate BOM and Material Master setups with Master Data, including substitutions.
• Support inventory verification and reconciliations; weekend and holiday work may be required.
