Dawn Foods is hiring an Inventory Control Coordinator II at our Louisville plant. You will manage raw materials, validate production consumption in SAP, and ensure accurate inventory movements from receiving through usage.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, coordinating with Finance, Warehousing, and Production, and maintaining BOM/Master data. The role requires 3+ years of warehouse experience and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years warehouse experience including inventory control and material handling equipment.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office and familiarity with SAP.

Responsabilités

• Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile variances.
• Coordinate with Finance, Warehousing & Production to ensure accurate material movements.
• Verify production confirmations and monitor Process Orders for accuracy.
• Assist with BOM and Material Master setups and changes.
• Monitor inventory health and reconcile critical stocks.
• Support Production Planning and root-cause analysis of variances.
