Job summary

Damar Services in Indianapolis seeks Intensive Autism Technicians for full-time roles at our main residential site on the southwest side. You will provide direct ABA-based services to children with autism and support the treatment team in data collection and assessments.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, CPR and TCI certifications, and a valid Indiana driver’s license. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to pass Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) certification.
• Ability to pass CPR certification.
• Minimum age 21+ per licensure requirements.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• No disqualifying criminal convictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to children with autism using ABA principles.
• Participate in Behavior Skills Training (BST) and Practical Functional Assessments.
• Assist treatment team and leadership in service delivery and documentation.
• Operate vehicle to transport clients as needed for work-related duties.
• Complete incident reports and report any suspected abuse or neglect.
