Damar Services is seeking Intensive Autism Technicians to join our residential campus located in Richmond, Indiana. In this full-time role, you will provide direct support to children diagnosed with autism, helping them build skills and achieve greater independence using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to pass and maintain Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) certification.
• Ability to pass and maintain CPR Certification.
• Minimum age of 21 per licensure requirements.
• Be clear of any felony convictions, substantiated charges of neglect or other disqualifying criminal convictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to children.
• Participate in Behavior Skills Training (BST) as needed.
• Assist during assessments as needed.
• Operate vehicles to transport clients or perform other duties.
• Complete incident reports and report any suspected abuse or neglect.
