Job summary

Damar Services, LLC is seeking Intensive Autism Technicians to join our Richmond, Indiana campus. This full-time role provides direct behavioral support to children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis, with 2nd shift and weekend options.

You will receive comprehensive training, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment focused on positive outcomes for clients and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• TCI certification is required and CPR certification is required.
• Valid Indiana driver's license; driving record must meet insurance eligibility.
• Must pass background screening and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to children with autism using ABA principles.
• Participate in Behavior Skills Training (BST) and other training as needed.
• Attend mandated meetings and contribute to care planning.
• Operate Damar vehicles or personal vehicles to transport clients as required.
• Complete incident reports and report any abuse or neglect.
