Damar Services, LLC in Richmond, Indiana, invites applicants for Intensive Autism Technician roles on a full-time basis. You will support children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis, under the guidance of a skilled team, in a residential campus setting.

Key requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, TCI and CPR certifications, and a valid Indiana driver’s license. Training and growth opportunities are provided, with comprehensive benefits and a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with children who are neurodivergent is preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) certification.
• Ability to pass CPR Certification.
• Minimum age 21 per licensure requirements.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record per insurer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to children with autism using ABA principles.
• Attend mandatory trainings, BST, and licensure items in a timely manner.
• Operate Damar vehicles and/or private vehicles to transport clients when needed.
• Complete incident reports and report any abuse or neglect.
• Be a member of Damar's interdisciplinary team and support organizational goals.
