Job summary

Nahan is seeking an Inserter Operator - Nights in Minnesota for the Hand Fulfillment department. This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Production Supervisor and requires operating inserter equipment during 7PM-7AM shifts with a $2.00 shift differential.

Base pay is $18–$22 per hour and candidates must perform TPM tasks, adhere to USPS standards, and participate in meetings. Training is provided; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain the inserter and inline equipment, including ink jet operations.
• Follow established processes to meet quality, efficiency and continuous improvement expectations.
• Read and follow run list instructions and sign-off/continuity procedures.
• Perform duties of setting up stations and packaging requirements.
• Run and sort all normal jobs as a one-person operation.
• Complete mail sorting training/certification per USPS standards.
• Attend Cost Center meetings and participate as required.
• Perform TPM tasks to maintain equipment performance.
• Follow safety and quality policies.
