Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio.
• BLS Certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred within 12 months of date of hire for fulltime/part-time employees with direct patient care.
• PALS certification preferred within 12 months of date of hire if providing direct patient care of pediatric population.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, coordinate, and participate in patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Adhere to Center policies.
• Maintain safe patient and personnel environment.
• Document accurately and timely in the patient’s medical record.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely.
• Seek educational opportunities to increase clinical competence.
