LionStone Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for Ohio Valley Manor Care Community in Ripley, OH. This full-time night shift position involves direct patient care, medication administration, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a long-term care setting.

The RN will assess needs, implement care plans, document thoroughly in the EHR, and ensure safety and quality of care for residents. Active RN licensure and an associate’s degree are required, with new grads welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree.
• Licensure: Active and unrestricted RN license.
• Experience: Healthcare, long-term care, or acute care setting preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Shift: Night shift, 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient/resident health status and develop care plans with the team.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Monitor and document patient responses and vital signs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for optimal care.
• Provide patient and family education on medications and care plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and documentation standards.
