Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess/diagnose and plan nursing care for assigned patients.
• Document planned interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Evaluate response to care and revise plans with the team.
• Lead process improvements to enhance clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Manage night shift operations in Surgery Main.
