Job summary

Configure is seeking a 3rd shift Operator (11pm-7am) in North Baltimore to run injection molding machines and ensure quality output. You will perform visual inspections, deburring, and packing, while maintaining a clean work area and accurate shift reports.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to stand for long periods, and willingness to overtime. Starting pay is $20 per hour with raises every 6 months, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, life coverage and a 401(k) plan

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to perform basic math and pay attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working overtime when needed.
• Able to lift heavy boxes and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines to produce quality parts.
• Inspect items visually and sort defect-free products.
• Prepare product by deburring and cleaning per standards.
• Inspect and pack product according to standard procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and equipment.
• Provide accurate production reporting and scrap counts each shift.
• Communicate essential information between shifts and with supervisors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
