Job summary

Configure Brands in North Baltimore, KY is hiring hourly associates for a permanent 2nd shift role. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm, with starting pay $20 per hour and pay raises every 6 months.

You will operate injection molding machines and ensure product quality for shipment to end customers. The position requires a High School diploma or GED, ability to stand for long periods, basic math, and strong attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail is imperative
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed
• Must be able to lift heavy boxes regularly
• Able to work in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Run various injection molding machines to produce a quality product
• Maintain efficiency to the approved standard
• Inspect items and sort by visual inspection for defects
• Prep product via deburring and cleaning to meet standards
• Inspect and pack product according to standards
• Maintain work area and equipment
• Provide accurate production reporting and scrap counts
• Communicate with previous shift for information
• Communicate with Team Leaders and supervisors when issues arise
• Complete other duties as assigned
