Job summary

Configure is hiring for a 3rd Shift Operator at our North Baltimore, OH site. You will run injection molding machines to produce quality parts in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires standing for long periods, attention to detail, and the ability to work Monday–Friday, 11 pm–7 am. Starting pay is $20 per hour with increases every 6 months and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required
• Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced environment, with long periods of standing
• Basic math skills are required
• Attention to detail is imperative
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to lift heavy boxes on a regular basis
• Able to work in a team environment
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Run injection molding machines to produce quality products
• Inspect items and sort by visual inspection for defects
• Prepare product via deburring and cleaning to meet standards
• Inspect and pack product according to standards
• Maintain work area and equipment; keep orderly
• Provide accurate production reporting and scrap counts at shift end
• Communicate with previous shift for important job info
• Coordinate with Team Leaders and supervisors when issues arise
• Complete other duties as assigned
