Guided Search Partners is seeking a skilled maintenance technician for a night shift role at an established plastics manufacturer in Charlotte. This technician will troubleshoot and repair injection molding equipment while ensuring production efficiency and safety protocols are followed.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in injection molding maintenance and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to take meaningful hands-on work with a stable employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of injection molding maintenance experience highly preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and support mold changes.
• Document maintenance work and follow strict safety procedures.
