Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
5+ years of experience with plastics-related machinery.
3 years of experience as a shift mechanic.
Experience maintaining and repairing plastics manufacturing equipment.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and equipment documentation.
Experience using a CMMS preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.
Inspect, rebuild, and replace mechanical components to improve reliability and performance.
Support maintenance activities for production equipment and plant support systems.
Work with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to resolve issues.
