Niagara Bottling, LLC in Mooresville, NC is seeking an Injection Maintenance Technician – Nights to keep our bottling lines running at peak uptime. You will troubleshoot, repair and maintain injection molders, blow molders, fillers/cappers, labelers and conveyors, as well as plant utilities, working with operators and senior mechanics.
Ideal candidates have 4+ years in field maintenance, read electrical/hydraulic schematics, and own basic tools.
Competenze
- Minimum high school diploma; associate degree preferred.
- 4 years in field or similar maintenance environment.
- 4 years experience in position.
- 4 years experience managing people/projects.
- Ability to read schematics: electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic.
- Experience with high-speed manufacturing/bottling.
- VFD/servo drives experience.
- Proficient with precision measuring equipment.
Mansioni
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Repair production equipment and conveyors.
- Maintain and operate plant control systems.
- Work with operators and maintenance team to resolve issues.
- Complete work orders and report repairs.
