Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of injection molding leadership experience.
• Experience with PVC/CPVC plastics is highly preferred.
• Hands-on supervisory style with strong safety focus.
• Proficient in ERP/MES or similar manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop 3rd shift injection molding operators and technicians.
• Ensure daily production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Provide hands‑on support to molding processes and address equipment issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Planning and other departments to resolve production issues.
• Maintain staffing and cross-training to support changing production requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement related to safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
