Job summary

You will drive continuous improvement, oversee molding processes, and partner with engineering, quality, and production planning to support new product launches and problem-solving efforts. The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of injection molding, and hands-on experience with lean manufacturing and ERP/MES systems to optimize capacity and scrap reduction

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead people and manage projects.
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes and process development.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Production and Technical management teams and approximately 175 employees.
• Oversee three-shift operation, monitor metrics, and drive capacity improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Production Planning to support new product launches and problem solving.
