Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring an Ingredient Control Technician for a leading beverage packaging company in Cold Spring, MN. The role is a direct-hire, night shift (5:45 pm – 6:00 am) with a 2-2-3 rotation and $19-$21.50 per hour, paid biweekly.

You'll monitor production, verify results, and collaborate across departments to troubleshoot inventory variances and related issues. Strong warehouse knowledge and forklift familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse/forklift experience preferred, but not required.
• Extended standing on hard surfaces.
• Good understanding of inventory control.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds with or without accommodations.
• Willingness to work around noise, dust, and variable temperatures; use of chemical production.
• Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), and customer portals.
• Experience in a warehouse environment including forklift operation and computers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production across all lines and verify numbers upon completion.
• Coordinate with Shipping and Production on training and troubleshooting inventory variances.
• Perform regular inventory counts of raw materials and finished goods.
• Address discrepancies by verifying clerical computations against physical counts.
