Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Line Workers for a beverage manufacturing company in Cold Spring, MN. In this role you’ll help produce high-quality beverages while supporting a clean, safety-focused production environment with reliable weekly pay.

Shifts are 12 hours, 2-2-3 rotation, with day or night options. This is a temp-to-hire/full-time position offering steady hours, growth potential, and weekly payroll in a team-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
• Ability to lift 20–25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Comfort working around alcohol-based products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.
• Willingness to learn GMP standards (no experience required—entry-level welcome!)

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production lines to ensure efficient, high-quality output.
• Load and unload materials, including cases of finished product and raw ingredients.
• Assist with packaging and labeling of completed products.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment or quality issues.
• Follow safety procedures and GMP at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas in accordance with sanitation standards.
