You will handle both reactive and preventive maintenance to keep production running. The position requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance, ability to read schematics, and comfort working independently on nights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills required.
• Working knowledge of PLCs (no programming access).
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
• Mechanically capable with bearings, alignment and general repairs.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Comfortable working independently on night shift.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot control systems and PLC-driven machinery (no programming).
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Support repairs on motors, drives, sensors, and related components.
• Fabricate or modify parts using shop equipment as needed.
• Document work performed and communicate issues across shifts.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
