Job summary

Mural Group in Dickson, TN is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for a night shift in a high-volume manufacturing operation. You’ll diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, troubleshoot PLC-driven machinery (no programming), and perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.

You’ll work independently on night shift with a focus on safety and reliability. Forklift experience is a plus, basic computer skills for documentation, and a strong problem-solving

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of PLCs (no programming).
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
• Mechanically capable with bearings, alignment, and repairs.
• Experience with motors, drives, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Comfortable working independently on night shift.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot control systems and PLC-driven machinery (no programming).
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Support repairs on motors, drives, sensors, and related components.
• Fabricate or modify parts using shop equipment as needed.
• Document work and communicate issues across shifts.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
