Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a high-volume manufacturing facility on the 3rd shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM). The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to maximize uptime and ensure safe operations.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years in mechanical/electrical maintenance, the ability to read P&IDs and schematics, and a readiness to work weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience involving industrial or manufacturing machinery, or five years of equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, equipment manuals, and machine layout drawings.
• Must be able to work the third-shift schedule and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC-related problems.
• Complete or assist with major equipment overhauls, system rebuilds, and equipment installations.
• Work closely with production personnel and outside contractors to coordinate repairs and minimize operational disruptions.
• Safely operate forklifts, lifts, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and other maintenance machinery.
• Accurately document completed work, equipment conditions, and maintenance activities in the computerized maintenance management system.
