Job summary

Revival Gourmet Foods is seeking a self-directed Maintenance Technician to keep our hot-fill sauce line running safely and efficiently, with minimal supervision.

You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and automation issues on kettles, steam systems, fillers and packaging equipment, own preventive maintenance, and make root-cause fixes on repeat failures, including during overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems independently.
• Knowledge of 480V three-phase power and motor controls; able to read electrical schematics.
• Hands-on experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, chains, belts and seals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic failures to restore the line quickly and safely.
• Respond to breakdowns, set repair priorities with Production, and update leadership on status and run time.
• Identify root causes of repeat failures and implement permanent fixes.
• Read schematics and ladder logic; troubleshoot PLC/HMI and I/O faults.
• Follow NFPA 70E safe work practices and maintain proper PPE.
• Plan and complete PMs on assigned equipment with minimal supervision.
• Help build and improve the 52-week PM plan and create/close CMMS work orders.
• Flag critical spare parts needs ahead of downtime.
• Maintain GMPs, food safety and sanitary practices in the maintenance area.
