Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking an industrial maintenance worker for night shift to inspect and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems at our poultry processing plant. You will read blueprints, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot to meet specifications.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma and NOCTI Level 1, with at least 1 year of related maintenance experience; strong math and computer skills and ability to work independently.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass NOCTI Mechanical/Electrical test, Level 1 required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in industrial machine predictive and preventative maintenance.
• Intermediate math and computer skills.
• Ability to operate/use basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours.

Responsabilidades

• Under general supervision, repair and perform preventative maintenance on industrial machinery using blueprint drawings.
• Identify root cause of basic mechanical issues and perform repairs.
• Identify unsafe conditions and correct; report if unable to fix.
• Assist with maintaining blueprints and operating manuals.
• Work in compliance with company safety policies and regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.
