Job summary

New Pig Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift in the Duncansville facility. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and entering PM data into the CMMS.

You will collaborate with a multi-shift team to ensure uptime and meet production goals. The candidate should have 5 years of related maintenance experience, knowledge of Allen-Bradley systems, hydraulics and pneumatics, CAD reading ability, and be comfortable with

Qualifications

5 years of related experience in production maintenance.
Experience with motor drives and PLC systems; certifications a plus.
Experience with Allen-Bradley (Rockwell) and industrial power systems.
Hydraulic and pneumatic power systems knowledge.
Familiarity with hand tools: micrometers, calipers, tape measure.
Ability to read CAD drawings for fabrication.
MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to pursue training and/or certifications.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair equipment to safe working condition.
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment across locations.
Log PMs, repairs and data into the CMMS.
Collaborate with maintenance team to support multi-shift production.
Maintain machine uptimes and meet quality/production schedules.
Install and maintain electrical equipment and controls.
Install power distribution equipment as needed.
Troubleshoot machine control systems (drives, relays, network, PLC).
Maintain mechanical systems (motors, gearboxes).
Support spare parts inventory management.
Aid in fabricating and installing custom equipment (machining centers, plasma cutting, welding).
Contribute to maintenance training programs.
Lean manufacturing - support lean deployment and waste elimination.
