Job summary
Dessert Holdings is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our 3rd shift manufacturing operations in Humble, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience, with demonstrated expertise in PLC troubleshooting, 480V electrical systems, VFDs, motors, sensors, automation, and production equipment.
Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting complex equipment, and ensuring food
Qualifications
- Experience with industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
- Hands-on PLC troubleshooting in manufacturing.
- Ability to troubleshoot 480V electrical systems.
- Experience with VFDs, sensors, motors, and control systems.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and OEM documentation.
- Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance practices.
- Must have HACCP Certification.
- Forklift license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and machinery.
- Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems up to 480 volts.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and process-control failures.
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
- Lead maintenance activities for assigned area teams and participate in RCA.
- Document maintenance activities in the CMMS system.
