Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in industrial maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot hydraulics, mechanics, electrical systems, and welding.
• Willingness to learn and achieve maintenance proficiency within 10 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, modify, and rebuild production machinery and automated systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Provide equipment support and assist with changeovers and setups as needed.
• Maintain clear work records and comply with safety and quality standards.
