Formación

• 5-8 years of experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Expert proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, welding and rigging.
• Intermediate proficiency with PLC.
• Commitment to continuous learning and effective written and oral communication.
• Maintenance Tech III proficiency within 10 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform highly technically complex tasks with independence; may occasionally decide.
• Diagnose and repair complex machinery; conduct preventive maintenance for production reliability.
• Provide operators with support around machine reliability; collaborate with teams to solve problems.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment setup and production changeovers.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly; report unsafe mechanical/electrical conditions.
• Follow safety standards and quality protocols to exceed production standards.
• Learn and observe safety precautions required by Perdue.
• Use safety equipment to minimize exposure to chemicals and hazards.
• Maintain work records and prepare clear oral and written reports.
• Work all required schedules.
