Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the night shift to join a Cornelia, GA manufacturing site. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment with a focus on preventive maintenance and reliability, handling mechanical and electrical tasks including PLC-controlled systems.

The role requires 3-5+ years of industrial maintenance, experience with 12V–480V electrical work, extrusion, and an Associate degree in industrial systems technology.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with electrical troubleshooting and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Experience with voltages from 12V to 480V.
• Experience with extrusion.
• Associate degree in industrial systems technology or related field.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems from 12V to 480V including relays, motors, sensors, and PLCs.
• Read electrical schematics and relay logic to diagnose issues.
• Inspect and maintain switches, heating elements, drives, and other components.
• Respond to breakdowns and perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Install and route conduit, wire new equipment, and assist moves and modifications.
• Maintain AC/DC drives and support reliability initiatives.
• Utilize welding, soldering, and hand tools to complete repairs.
• Document maintenance activities and adhere to safety and company standards.
