Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of hands-on electrical troubleshooting experience.
Proven ability to maintain and troubleshoot industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

Execute and improve preventive maintenance for presses and plant equipment.
Fabricate and repair parts and assemblies as needed.
Troubleshoot, resolve, and recommend equipment repairs or upgrades.
Order replacement parts and coordinate with external service technicians.
Record all preventive and corrective maintenance activities in the M4 system.
Proactively reduce unscheduled downtime across production assets.
Support general building maintenance and upkeep.
Follow lock-out procedures and safety policies; maintain a clean, safe work area.
Work under the molding manager and support cross-training.
Exercise authority to halt production if nonconforming or suspect material is found.
Contribute to other related duties and projects as assigned.
